Our Door Packs come in 4 types:

• Latch – Perfect for all interior doors that do not need to lock, it comes with a pair of handles, latch and hinges.
• Bathroom – For use on a toilet or bathroom door, it comes with a pair of handles, bathroom lock, turn & release and hinges.
• Sashlock – A low security option for use on internal doors you’d like to lock with a key such as bedrooms or studys. It comes with a pair of handles, 3 lever sashlock. 2 keys, 2 key escutcheons and hinges.
• Euro Lock – A high security option for use on internal doors you’d like to lock with a key such as offices or internal porches. It comes with a pair of handles, Euro sashlock. 5 pin Euro cylinder, 3 keys, 2 Euro escutcheons and hinges.

There are 3 types of hinges to choose from:

• Grade 7 fire-rated – these come in a pack of 3
• Grade 13 fire-rated – these come in a pack of 3
• Slim Knuckle – these come in a pair

The differences between Grade 7, Grade 13, and Slim Knuckle hinges primarily relate to their load-bearing capacity, fire resistance, and design. Our Grade 7 hinges are suitable for doors up to 40kg and are designed for light to medium-duty doors. Grade 13 hinges are suitable for doors up to 120kg and are designed for heavy-duty doors including commercial, public, and high-traffic areas. Slim Knuckle hinges feature a narrow knuckle profile, offering a sleeker look compared to standard hinges.

We offer 2 sizes of locks or latches – 2.5” or 3” – these are suitable for most standard doors. The 3” lock or latch will position the handle slightly further away from the door frame than the 2.5” option.
If your door is pre-drilled, your joiner or fitter should be able to advise on which size to buy. If you are replacing existing door latches it is important to buy the size that is currently in place. Determining the size needed can be done by removing the existing lock or latch and measuring. If you’d rather not remove the door handle then you can measure from the edge of the door to the centre of the spindle hole (centre of the handle/knob).
